Terms and Conditions for Subscription Services

Welcome to Pose Aesthetics Training Ltd Subscription service. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our subscription services ("Services"). By subscribing to our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Overview
- Model days provide an amazing opportunity to book your treatments at a highly-discounted price compared to in-clinic prices. Models are needed for our training academy to help us tech our students.
Our Student Model subscriptions add an additional huge benefit as they offer an additional discount for all non-surgical aesthetics treatments.
Subscription options include a minimum 6 Monthly service.
Plans:
- Lower Tier £14.99
- Medium Tier £19.99
- Higher Tier £29.99
- Please note, model slots for treatment services, will be released as and when they are needed.
- Model slots may be sent daily, weekly or monthly. Your subscription must be active at all the times to be booked into a model slot.
- This subscription does not guarantee all listed treatments per month, as this is dependant on what training courses we have upcoming. However, we will always advertise for the requested treatments in the model whats app group, which all subscribers will have access to.
- The subscription group is the same as our standard model group, however all subscribers have a label attached to their contact names so we can distinguish between the two types.
- The Subscription is for up to 1 treatment maximum a month (However may not always be guaranteed, as explained above)
- Your subscription payment must be up to date before you book in for in that month.
- Your subscription must be active at all times.
- The Monthly subscription fee is non-refundable and can not be back dated. Subscriptions can be cancelled after 6 months.
- As a subscriber, it is your responsibility to monitor the model group, as availability operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
- No Shows - If models no show to their booked appointments, you will be restricted from booking a model slot appointment in the future. Please note, if you become restricted your subscriptions service will still remain active until the 6 month expiry.
- Last Minute Cancellations - For model subscriptions, we do not take a deposit up front, as we trust you will be considerate of our policy.
- We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring the cancellation of appointments. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment, so we can attempt to fill your model slot appointment.
- Cancellations less than 48 Hours, will result in a £40 deposit penalty, You will be liable to pay the remaining deposit balance before we can proceed with future bookings (even when your subscription is active). Your Subscription fee for that month will be deducted from the remaining balance of the deposit.
For example - You paid £19.99 subscription , your penalty charge will be £20.01.

1.2 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to our Services. By subscribing, you represent that you meet this age requirement and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
2. Subscription Registration
To subscribe to our Services, you must provide accurate and complete information when paying via the payment link provided. You are responsible for using the correct details and maintaining the confidentiality of your payment credentials and for all activities that occur under your own personal bank account.
2.1 Please ensure that you use only your own personal details and do not impersonate or use the identity of others.
2.2 Security
If you believe your bank account has been compromised, or if you are under investigation for fraud you must notify us at [email protected]. This will effect your subscription service with us and will be cancelled immediately.
2.3 3.1 Billing
By subscribing to our Services, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees for 6 months rolling until cancelled. Subscription fees are billed on a monthly basis, in advance, and are non-refundable. Subscription services can also not be back dated.
3.2 Payment Method
You must provide a valid payment method at the time of subscription. By providing a payment method, you authorise us to charge the applicable subscription fees using that payment method.
3.3 Automatic Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the 6 month billing cycle unless you ask to cancel. We will notify you of any changes to the subscription fees before they take effect.
3.4 Late Payments
If a payment is not successfully processed due to an expired or invalid payment method, or for any other reason, we may suspend or cancel your access to the Services until the payment is made.
If late payments haven’t resolved within 72 Hours, you may be charged the remaining amount of the full priced model slot treatments you have received within the 6 months period.
Please be advised that if subscription payments continue to be declined, and failure to resolve the declined subscription payments , legal action may be pursued.
4. Cancellation and Termination
4.1 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription after each 6 month cycle. Please contact us at [email protected] to assist you with cancellation. Cancellations will not take effect automatically, you must contact us to cancel within 72 Hours minimum, before the next 6 month cycle commences.

4.2 Termination by Us
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your subscription and access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason. In such cases, you will not be entitled to a refund of any subscription fees.
5. Changes to the Services and Terms
5.1 Modifications to Services
We may modify the Services from time to time, including adding or removing features. We will notify you of any material changes.
5.2 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by email or whats app. Your continued use of the Services after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Ownership
All content, materials, and software provided through the Services are owned by Pose Aesthetics Training Ltd or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, modify, or distribute any such content without our express permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pose Aesthetics Training Ltd | Pose Aesthetics Ltd and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Services; (b) any unauthorised access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services; or (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Services by any third party.
